U.S. POLICY

Shipping

FedEx is our primary shipping carrier and all orders are meticulously wrapped in The Webster’s signature packaging. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when FedEx collects the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number. You can also log into your account here to see your order history and tracking information.

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150. For express service, please see our rates below. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. We require a signature on orders over $1000. All orders under $1000 are shipped without a signature requirement. The Webster is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like for us to place a signature requirement on your package, please email us promptly upon ordering at [email protected] and we will update your order.

We are happy to offer in store pick-ups for any orders made online. Please be sure to contact our online customer service specialist to ensure this request is made at (305)-674-7899.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your Webster purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund on all full priced orders* or sale orders purchased at 50% off or less.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags (still attached)/box within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
  • Beauty, swimwear, lingerie and fine jewelry items are considered final sale
  • All items purchased at more than 50% off will be considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Any item exceeding 50% due to applied promo codes is also considered final sale.

Then, follow these steps to create your return request:

  • Select the product(s) that you wish to return.
  • Select the reason(s) for your return.
  • Review your refund estimate.
  • Validate your return request and print your return label.
  • Receive confirmation e-mail.

Once your return has been received and complies with our returns policy, we will refund your card, less any original shipping charges (Express, Overnight and for orders <$150) as well a $10 shipping charge for the use of the pre-paid label. Returns shipped outside our return window or received with visible signs of wear and tags missing or unattached will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

You also have the option to receive a refund in the form of a store credit, which will be linked to your account and does not expire.

 

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

 

Shipping

FedEx International Economy is our primary shipping carrier and we charge a flat rate of $50 to ship. All orders are meticulously wrapped in The Webster’s signature packaging. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when FedEx collectsthe package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number.

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customsfees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

 

Returns

SHIPPING TO RUSSIA

Please note that our international courier Fedex has suspended acceptance of dutiable shipments sent to private individuals in Russia until further notice.

 

PRICE MATCH GUIDELINES

Price match is given at the time of purchase or within 7 days of purchase date.

Items purchased should be identical to the items advertised (e.g., brand, color, size).

 

EXCHANGES

The Webster does not accept exchanges on International orders at this time. To ensure you receive your correct size or style, we recommend placing another order through the site immediately and then returning your order that did not work out.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by the boutique. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Upon receipt of your package, we will refund your card less any original shipping charges (Express, Overnight and for orders<$150) as well a $10 shipping charge for the use of the pre-paid label
