U.S. POLICY

FedEx is our primary shipping carrier and all orders are meticulously wrapped in The Webster’s signature packaging. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when FedEx collects the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number. You can also log into your account here to see your order history and tracking information.

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150. For express service, please see our rates below. Deliveries are made between Monday through Friday. We require a signature on orders over $1000. All orders under $1000 are shipped without a signature requirement. The Webster is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like for us to place a signature requirement on your package, please email us promptly upon ordering at shop@thewebster.us and we will update your order.

We want you to be delighted with your Webster purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund on all full priced orders* or sale orders purchased at 50% off or less. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags/box. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box. You also have the option to receive a refund in the form of store credit, which will be linked to your account and does not expire. All items purchased at more than 50% off will be considered final sale and are not eligible for return. *Please note that swimwear, lingerie and fine jewelry are also considered final sale.

Simply follow the steps below to make a return.
1. Securely package the unworn merchandise in the package
2. Place the pre-paid FedEx label on the box
3. Ship back within 14 days of the confirmed FedEx delivery date

Once your return has been received and complies with our returns policy, we will refund your card less any original shipping charges (Express, Overnight and for orders <$150) as well a $10 shipping charge for the use of the pre-paid label. Returns shipped outside our return window or received with visible signs of wear and tags missing will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

  • Price match is given at the time of purchase or within 7 days of purchase date
    • Items purchased should be identical to the items advertised (e.g., brand, color, size)

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

FedEx International Economy is our primary shipping carrier and we charge a flat rate of $50 to ship. All orders are meticulously wrapped in The Webster’s signature packaging. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when FedEx collects the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number. You can also log into your account here to see your order history and tracking information.

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

International customers are responsible for shipping their return back to The Webster within 14 days of the confirmed FedEx delivery date to the address below. Please be sure to insure your package and take note of the tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING TO RUSSIA
Please note that our international courier Fedex has suspended acceptance of dutiable shipments sent to private individuals in Russia until further notice.

EXCHANGES

As we are unable to hold merchandise while the return is in transit, The Webster does not accept exchanges on orders at this time. To ensure you receive your correct size or style, we recommend placing another order through the site immediately and then requesting a return for the order that did not work out. CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by the boutique. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Upon receipt of your package, we will refund your card less any original shipping charges (Express, Overnight and for orders<$150) as well a $10 shipping charge for the use of the pre-paid label.
