Key Responsibilities:


  • Improve the overall Digital Styling experience 
  • Help define a differentiated Webster experience on our digital platforms
  • Identify new tools that facilitate and enhance the client interactions
  • Implement operations, processes and training programs to streamline the client experience
  • Increase the quality of styling through discussion, collaboration and research
  • Increase Digital Styling revenue
  • Set monthly goals and create action plans to ensure sales goals are being met
  • Drive revenue by introducing upselling and cross selling techniques
  • Develop strategies to expand and diversify The Webster VIP base, and methods to increase brand awareness among relevant target clients
  • Help create initiatives to boost customer loyalty and retention
  • Manage and grow the Digital Stylist team
  • Mentor and develop a team of Digital Stylists, and build an effective and positive team dynamic
  • Recruit, interview and hire more stylists
  • Track and manage performance of each stylist
  • Act as an example and inspiration for junior employees across the company
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all departments across The Webster to achieve the above goals

Candidate Profile



  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Industry Experience



  • 7+ years experience in client sales
  • Luxury retail and/or fashion industry experience required
  • Expertise and understanding of how to drive digital customer experiences required



  • Energetic, hands-on leader with strong team spirit
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and confidence – ability to motivate staff
  • Self-starter with “can do” attitude; Problem Solver
  • A passion for high-fashion retail
  • Needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment
