There are several ways to browse our website. You may explore our homepage or visit our navigation bar to cruise our beautifully curated product assortment, designers and editorials.
If you are looking for a specific item, our search box is conveniently located on the upper right hand corner of each page. You may search for merchandise by designer, keyword, name, category or brand style number.
When you have made your selection, you may add to your shopping bag and proceed to our comprehensive checkout page. Once your order is submitted, payment is captured immediately. At that time, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. After you have submitted your order, your transaction is subject to review for authenticity within 1-2 business days. Once FedEx has possession of your package you will receive a separate email with your tracking information.

To create an online account, go to the Account tab in our website’s side navigation menu and select ‘Create an account’. You will be able to create your profile, save your shipping addresses and sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest updates from The Webster Stores.
Some promo codes are limited to users who created an online account at thewebster.us. In this case, you must first create an account and log in to be able to redeem a special offer. Once you are logged in, you can enter your coupon code during the checkout process. Kindly know that our coupon code cannot be applied to watches and fine jewelry. If you are encountering issues, please email customer service shop@thewebster.us.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot edit any information. Feel free to contact our Online Order concierges as they may be able to cancel your order shortly after you have placed it.

Your order payment may be declined for reasons that depend on your bank policies. The next step when your payment is declined is to try another payment method, try using PayPal or contact your credit card provider.

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all US domestic orders. For express services, please see our rates listed on our Shipping & Returns Policy.
For International orders, FedEx International is our primary shipping carrier. We charge a flat rate of $30 to ship to most destinations, and $25 to ship to Canada. You may find more information regarding taxes and duties on our Shipping page.
The Webster partners with designers to offer a Pre-Order shopping experience. This selection is an opportunity to purchase their newest collections before they are released. Your pre-order will ship out as soon as the product is received in our boutiques. The timeframe between your pre-order and the delivery to our stores can vary, and we encourage you to refer to the delivery window indicated in each product description page and in our Pre Order Shipping Window page.
All the styles you select and purchase on our site ship directly from our boutiques. The Webster has 5 different locations across the US and your item(s) may be coming from either one of them. Please note that if your order includes multiple items you may receive them in separate packages.
If you have not placed your order, please call the store closest to you. Our team will be happy to let you know if the styles you selected are available at their location. If you already placed your order, please contact our customer service who will confirm where your selection is shipping from.
We are pleased to offer express delivery service for a flat rate of $35. If you wish to receive your order using our courier’s Overnight delivery service, you must place your order before 11 AM ET Monday through Friday. Please note that a few factors may delay shipping:
  1. Payment Approval: some orders are held under payment review from a few hours up to 2 days
  2. Weather: depending on weather conditions, couriers might delay or cancel shipments

Original receipt is required for all in store returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused with the original tags. No cash refunds. Store credits expire within one year. Swimwear, jewelry, lifestyle, fragrance, sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. Please contact the store you originally purchased the item from for more information.
We want you to be delighted with your Webster purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a free return for refund on all items in original conditions purchased at 50% off or less. For domestic orders, click here to start your return request by entering your order number and the zip code of your billing address. Any style presented on our site that is over50% off or higher is considered final sale. Any item exceeding 50% due to applied promo codes is also considered final sale. Please note that swimwear, lingerie and fine jewelry are also considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
