The Webster is using a third party solution to protect customers and any person attached to the payment method that was used to placed and order.
Our security partners are responsible for approving or denying orders placed at the time of payment.
If your card is declined for any reason, you will be notified and refunded right away. Any additional charges you are currently viewing should just be pending charges, and your card provider should have those charges released or refunded to your card within 24-48 hours.
We invite our customers, should they wish to still receive their order, to try an alternate payment option such as PayPal or another credit card.
This process is in place to protect our customers and the owners of the payment methods used to place any order, from potential fraud attempts.
