Shipping Services

We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. domestic orders. Ground orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Express deliveries are made Monday through Friday, only. For express service, please see our rates below.

Please note: All online orders must be placed by 1pm EST for same day shipment.

The Webster online requires adult signature with delivery for orders at and over $1,000. Clients are also welcome to request a waiver of this requirement after ordering.

If your order total is below $1,000 and you would like your package to require signature please email us promptly, just after ordering at [email protected] or call us at: 305-673-5905 and we will update your order.

We are happy to offer in store pick-ups for any orders made online. Please be sure to contact our online customer service specialist to ensure this request is made at [email protected]

The Webster is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All damages, missing items and/or disputed delivery claims must be received by The Webster within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this time are subject to approval.

If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to California, Florida, New York, Texas, Georgia, and Illinois.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund on all full priced* or sale orders purchased at 50% off or less, within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items exceeding 50% off the original price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. If a sale item is purchased and the client chooses to enter an additional off promotion code, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund. This item will then be considered final sale under these conditions.
  • For clothing, tech accessories, lifestyle & home please take care when opening and trying on items as all products must be returned in new and unused condition with The Webster and designer tags attached.
  • For shoes, bags & accessories including small leather goods, please be mindful of the original, like new condition of all products. Returns must include the accompanied dust bags, and packing materials including shoe boxes, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the item box with all other materials inside the shipment box to prevent damage during transit.
  • In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, The Webster reserves the right to request photographic support before initiating the return. The client is encouraged to notify The Webster per signs of damage immediately after delivery.
  • Refund eligibility for late returns is at the discretion of The Webster. Returned items with visible signs of wear, tags missing and/or removed will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

*Beauty, swimwear, lingerie and fine jewelry items are considered final sale.
You can also start a return from Your Account by following these steps:

  • Select the product(s) that you wish to return.
  • Select the reason(s) for your return.
  • Review your refund estimate
  • Validate your return request and print your return label.
  • Receive confirmation e-mail.

Once received and found in pristine condition, we will refund your payment method less the initial costs to ship within 3 working days. Electronic refund processing can take up to 5 business days depending on your bank and/or payment provider.

If you wish to return your purchase to one of our retail locations in South Beach, Bal Harbour, Houston, SoHo, or South Coast Plaza, please do so within the 14-day window. You may contact us to schedule an appointment.





FedEx International is our primary shipping carrier supported by Borderlinx Global Solutions. We charge a flat rate of $30 to ship to most destinations and $25 to ship to Canada. All orders are meticulously wrapped in The Webster’s signature packaging. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when FedEx collects the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number.

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and duties. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

Outside the USA, most destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

We want you to be delighted with your Webster purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund on all full priced orders* or sale orders purchased at 50% off or less. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags/box. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box. All items purchased at more than 50% off will be considered final sale and are not eligible for return. *Please note that swimwear, lingerie and fine jewelry are also considered final sale.

International customers must contact us at [email protected] or call us at 305-673-5905 to be able to initiate their return. Once return documents are sent, the customer is responsible for shipping their return to The Webster within 14 days of the confirmed FedEx delivery date.

Once your return has been received and complies with our returns policy, we will refund your card less the $30/$25 shipping charge and taxes and duties. You will also be charged with a $6.00 standard return fee on top of any return shipping charges.  Returns shipped outside our return window or received with visible signs of wear and tags missing will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.



Please note that our international courier FedEx International has suspended acceptance of dutiable shipments sent to private individuals in Russia until further notice.



Price match is given at the time of purchase or within 7 days of purchase date.

Items purchased should be identical to the items advertised (e.g., brand, color, size) and available on the competing retailer’s site at the time of price match.



The Webster does not accept exchanges on International orders at this time. To ensure you receive your correct size or style, we recommend placing another order through the site immediately and then returning your order that did not work out.

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by the boutique. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Upon receipt of your package, we will refund your payment method in full.
