The brand was founded in 1967 by Italian designer Elio Fiorucci who at the time was just the son of a shoe shop owner. The Milan-based ready-to-wear brand achieved cult status in the ’70s and ’80s in New York City, when artists such as Madonna and Andy Warhol were seen wearing the label. Fiorucci’s body-hugging stretch-denim, provocative thongs, and leopard-print tops epitomized the iconic Studio 54 club scene. The label since disappeared, only to reappear in 2015, when the British duo Janie and Stephen Schaffer purchased the brand. Fiorucci’s official relaunch at The Webster was in 2017, featuring the label’s most popular styles reimagined with modern, pop art embellishments. The brand is quickly repeating it’s original success as supermodels Gigi Hadid, Claudia Schiffer, Adwoa Aboah are all quick to wear the relaunched designs. Discover our collection of logo-print sweatshirts, tapered jeans and bomber jackets.
