All online orders placed before 1 pm EST are eligible for same-day shipment. Processing times may vary during sale periods. Orders placed on Friday before 1 pm will arrive the following week, orders placed after 1 pm will ship out on Monday.
The Webster requires adult signature with delivery for orders over $1,000.
If your order total is below $1,000 and you would like your package to require a signature please email us promptly, just after ordering at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at: (786) 442-6220 and we will update your order.
Clients are also welcome to request a waiver of this requirement after ordering, however, this will waive The Webster's responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
We are happy to offer in-store pick-ups for any orders made online. Please be sure to coordinate your request with our customer care team at email@example.com.
If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to California, Florida, New York, Texas, Georgia, and Illinois.

DHL is our primary international shipping carrier supported by Global-e. Once you are ready to checkout, we will calculate the order total in your preferred currency, including any applicable duties and taxes, as determined by the destination's customs authority.

Upon placing an order, you will recieve an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order, once DHL collects the package you will recieve another email notifying you of the tracking number. You can also log into your account here to see your order history and tracking information.
Taxes & Duties may stay as is.
You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by the boutique. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Upon receipt of your package, we will refund your payment method in full.
